2011年8月24日,省部共建河南全民技能振兴工程领导小组第一次会议在开封召开。省部共建河南全民技能振兴工程领导小组组长、人力资源和社会保障部副部长王晓初同志出席会议并讲话,省部共建河南全民技能振兴工程领导小组组长、河南省人民政府副省长赵建才同志主持会议并讲话,省部共建河南全民技能振兴工程领导小组办公室主任、河南省人力资源和社会保障厅厅长郭俊民同志向省部共建河南全民技能振兴工程领导小组汇报省部共建工作情况。
On August 24, 2011, the first meeting of the leading group for the rejuvenation of Henan Province-wide People's Skills Rehabilitation Project was held in Kaifeng. Wang Xiaochu, leader of the Leading Group for Henan Province for All People's Skills Rejuvenation Project, and Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security attended the meeting and made speeches. The provincial and ministerial leaders jointly set up the Leading Group for Henan Province for All People's Skills Rejuvenation Project and the Vice Governor of Henan Province People's Government Comrade Zhao Jiancai presided over the meeting and delivered speeches. The provincial department jointly established the director of Henan Leading Group for Skills Rejuvenation Project. Comrade Guo Junmin, head of Henan Province's Department of Human Resources and Social Security, reported to the Leading Group of Henan Province for All-Nation Skills Revitalization Project Construction work.
