为了研究花生SSR分子标记与品质性状之间的关系,本研究以农家品种四粒红和冀农黑3号杂交产生的251个重组自交系(RIL)群体为材料,运用SPSS17.0软件分析花生RIL群体品质性状与SSR分子标记的相关性。结果表明多数品质性状间有极显著或显著相关的关系。棕榈酸和油酸的相关系数最高为(r=-0.887),其次为硬脂酸和油酸(r=-0.753)。Pearson’s相关分析表明77个分子标记与8个品质性状存在着显著相关性。运用多元回归分析得到45个与8个品质性状相关的标记,解释的表型总变异的范围为8.1%~28.5%。上述结果为利用分子标记辅助选择改良花生的品质性状提供了参考。
In order to study the relationship between SSR markers and quality characters in peanut, 251 recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from a cross between four cultivars Sili Nonghong and Ji Nong Hei No.3 were used as materials and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software Correlation between quality traits and SSR markers in peanut RIL population. The results showed that most quality traits had significant or significant correlations. The highest correlation coefficient between palmitic acid and oleic acid was (r = -0.887), followed by stearic acid and oleic acid (r = -0.753). Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations between 77 molecular markers and 8 quality traits. Using multivariate regression analysis, 45 markers related to 8 quality traits were obtained, and the total phenotypic variation ranged from 8.1% to 28.5%. The above results provide a reference for improving the quality traits of peanut using molecular marker-assisted selection.
