同志们: 继农业科技情报转化为生产力研讨会之后,我们用两天多时间召开了所长研讨会。会议传达、学习了全国科技情报局(所)长会议文件,根据这个会议精神,结合我们的实际,包括中国农业科学院文献中心提出的规划及各省(市)所的工作经验,大家比较深入地讨论了我们农口科技情报工作“八五”规划的制订问题,原则上通过了“关于加强农业科技情报研究工作”和“关于开展查新工作”的两个建议。会议虽然时间比较短,但议题集中,开得紧凑和务实,是有收获的。首先,我们了解和领会了“八五”期间,我国科技情报工作的方针、目标和任务。有的同志将其概括为一个中心、三个层次、三个服务、三个重点、二个观念。一个中心,就是情
Comrades: After the Symposium on Transforming Agricultural Science and Technology into Productivity, we held the seminar for directors for more than two days. The meeting conveys and learns the documents of the National Science and Technology Intelligence (CSP) Conference. Based on the spirit of this conference and in light of our actual conditions, including the planning proposed by the Documentation Center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the work experience of the provinces (municipalities), we discussed in more depth In order to formulate the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” for the work of information technology in Nongkou, we approved in principle two proposals on strengthening the research work on agricultural science and technology intelligence and on carrying out search and examination.
