在国有经济做出的战略性调整的推动下,一大批国有企业纷纷改革,促使国有资本退出一般的竞争领域。但国有企业改革不仅是取得了成果,还暴露出一系列问题,尤其是职工安置不容忽视。下面从国有企业改革中职工安置的重要性入手,探究提出若干做好国有企业职工安置工作的主要措施,希望对推动国有企业改革进程有所帮助。
Driven by the strategic readjustment made by the state-owned economy, a large number of state-owned enterprises have been reforming one after another, prompting the withdrawal of state-owned capital from the general areas of competition. However, the reform of state-owned enterprises not only achieved results, but also exposed a series of problems, in particular, the placement of workers should not be overlooked.
