木糖和葡萄糖与DNS试剂反应的光谱线中,其光谱吸收范围为480～550,最高吸收峰为500um。在500um的吸收值(A)比通常采用的550um处的高约一倍;还原糖浓度大于50μg/ml时呈线性关系,小于50μg/ml时测定值稍低。反应液放置12小时仍较稳定
In the spectrum of reaction between xylose and glucose and DNS reagent, the spectral absorption range is 480 to 550 and the highest absorption peak is 500 μm. The absorbance at 500um (A) is about twice as high as that at 550um; the reducing sugar concentration is linear at> 50μg / ml, and is slightly lower at less than 50μg / ml.
