针对某冶炼厂连续吹炼炉的实际情况,从提高炉衬寿命出发,采用现场观测、残砖检验、相似模型实验、理论分析、生产实践对比、仿真模拟等全方位研究方法,对炉体结构和生产操作提出了改进策略。
Aiming at the actual situation of a continuous smelting furnace in a smelter, from the perspective of improving the life of the lining, the omnidirectional research methods such as on-site observation, residual brick inspection, similar model experiment, theoretical analysis, production practice comparison and simulation are adopted. Production operations put forward improvement strategies.
