五年制数控专业学生进入第三学年以后具有许多新的特点与矛盾,必须加强引导和管理,才能有效促进职业技术人才培育的质量与层次。本文结合多年来的教育教学工作实践,谈谈数控专业五年制班级第三年管理模式的转变,首先分析了班级管理出现的新情况与新问题,然后针对新情况和新问题有针对性地提出几点管理策略,提出要进一步加强学风与班风建设,积极引导学生以积极乐观的视角与心态观察和处理问题,注重以艺术的方式方法加强学生的日常行为规范。
