老年人急性心肌梗塞(GAMI)并多脏器功能衰竭(MSOF),是一种严重威胁老年人生命的综合征,其疗效差,病死率高,应引起重视.本文就我院1981至1990年遇到的20例GAMI并MSOF作简略分析. 一、临床资料 GAMI并MSOF目前尚无统一的诊断标准,本组主要根据段氏和陈氏标准诊断. (一)一般资料:20例中男12例,女8例;60～69岁9例,70～79岁8例,80～89岁2例,90岁以上1例,平均年龄72.1岁
The elderly with acute myocardial infarction (GAMI) and multiple organ failure (MSOF) is a serious threat to the life of the elderly syndrome, its efficacy is poor, high mortality, should be taken seriously.In this paper, our hospital from 1981 to 1990 Encountered 20 cases of GAMI and MSOF for a brief analysis.First, the clinical data GAMI and MSOF there is no uniform diagnostic criteria, the group mainly based on Duan and Chen standard diagnosis (a) general information: 20 cases of male 12 8 cases were female, 8 cases were from 60 to 69 years old, 8 cases were from 70 to 79 years old, 2 cases were from 80 to 89 years old, 1 case was over 90 years old, the average age was 72.1 years old
