分离器的形式决定了循环流化床锅炉的整体布置,它的性能直接影响锅炉的性能。在相似的燃料及其成灰特性、流化条件下,分离器的分离效果可以通过飞灰和循环灰的粒径分布体现出来。对各种分离循环床锅炉飞灰和循环灰粒径的比较结果表明,入口带有加速段的水冷方型分离器的分离性能与相同当量直径的圆形旋风筒相同。
The form of the separator determines the overall layout of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, and its performance directly affects the performance of the boiler. In similar fuels and their ash-forming characteristics, fluidization conditions, the separation effect of the separator can be reflected by the particle size distribution of fly ash and recycled ash. The results of the comparison of the fly ash and the circulating ash particle sizes of various separated circulating bed boilers show that the separation performance of the water cooled square separator with an accelerating section at the inlet is the same as that of a circular cyclone with the same equivalent diameter.
