近年来,世界范围的温室效应逐渐增强,并引发了全球气候变暖等一系列严重问题,如何减少CO2排放、降低温室效应的影响,已经成为世界性重点研究的课题。日本土木行业也因水泥生产排放大量CO2而通过各种技术措施降低混凝土中的水泥用量,以实现节能减排。笔者将“固废的有效利用替代部分水泥用量”及“混凝土的碳化反应固化CO2”两项技术有机结合,研发了能使混凝土生产过程实现CO2负排放的新型环保混凝土“CO2-SUICOM”。本文介绍了“CO2-SUICOM”的研究背景及概要、工程应用和今后的发展预测。
In recent years, the worldwide greenhouse effect has been gradually enhanced and triggered a series of serious problems such as global warming. How to reduce CO2 emissions and reduce the impact of the greenhouse effect has become a key issue of worldwide research. Japan’s civil engineering industry also reduces the amount of cement used in concrete through various technical measures in order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction by emitting a large amount of CO2 due to cement production. The author of the “effective use of solid waste to replace part of the amount of cement” and “carbonation reaction of concrete curing CO2” two organic combination of technology, research and development can make concrete production process to achieve a new negative CO2 emission of environmentally friendly concrete “CO2 -SUICOM ”. This paper introduces the research background and summary of “CO2-SUICOM ”, engineering application and future development forecast.
