我们在1964年6月和7月选择三个农村点,进行了敌敌畏灭虱灭蚤的观察,从中摸索到一些方法。现仅就有关敌敌畏的剂型配制、使用方法及效果报道如下。灭虱一、水溶液(一)灭头虱:观察274人,其中男90人,女184人,16岁以下儿童169人(1岁以下6人),16岁以上成人105人。水溶液的配制方法是将敌敌畏上清液(原油更好)用普通冷水稀释成不同浓度洗头,以头发湿透为准,每人的用药量约为200毫升左右,然后记录头虱死亡时间,结果如附表。
