目的:初步编制一份适合护生使用、简单易行、具有可靠信度和效度的护理本科生非技术技能测评量表。方法:通过综合分析文献资料和专家讨论,初步界定了护理本科生非技术技能的构成指标和包含68个条目的初始量表。通过对湖南省两所高校941名护理本科生进行调查,使用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 7.0统计软件对调查结果数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。结果:护理本科生非技术技能测评量表包括3个分量表(基本技能分量表、决定性技能分量表和发展技能分量表),9个因子,共46个条目。验证性因子分析模型评价指标说明量表的结构较好,具有良好的结构效度。该量表的内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.928,重测信度系数为0.993。结论:本研究编制的“护理本科生非技术技能测评量表”有较好的信度、效度,可以作为评估护理本科生非技术技能水平的工具。
OBJECTIVE: To initially prepare a non-technical skills assessment scale for nursing undergraduates who is suitable for nursing students, simple and reliable, with reliable reliability and validity. Methods: Through the comprehensive analysis of literature and expert discussions, the preliminary definition of non-technical skills of undergraduate nursing undergraduate composition index and contains 68 items of the initial scale. By investigating 941 nursing undergraduates in two colleges and universities in Hunan Province, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted on the survey data using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0 statistical software. Results: The non-technical skills assessment scale of nursing undergraduates includes three subscales (basic skill subscale, decisive skill subscale and development skill subscale), nine factors, a total of 46 items. The confirmatory factor analysis model evaluation index shows that the structure of the scale is good and has good structural validity. The internal consistency of the scale Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.928, test-retest reliability coefficient of 0.993. Conclusion: The “Non-technical nursing assessment scale for undergraduates” prepared by this study has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate the non-technical skills of nursing undergraduates.
