目的 :分析乳腺癌的二维声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流状况 ,旨在探讨乳腺癌的超声特点。方法 :对 78例 79个乳腺癌肿块经二维超声了解其部位、大小、形态、边界、内部回声、后方回声、纵横比及腋窝淋巴结是否肿大等 ,然后用彩色多普勒检查 ,观察肿块内部和周边有无血流及血流动力学表现 ,并根据其丰富程度分成五个等级 :0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级。结果 :乳腺癌诊断的准确性 ,二维超声 6 0例 ,彩色多普勒为 6 7例 ,二维加彩色多普勒为 71例。结论 :乳腺癌的二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断应以二维声像图为基础 ,可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the two-dimensional sonography and color Doppler flow in breast cancer to explore the ultrasonic characteristics of breast cancer. Methods: 78 cases of 79 breast cancer masses were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography of their location, size, shape, boundary, internal echo, posterior echo, aspect ratio and axillary lymph node enlargement, etc. Then they were examined by color Doppler Internal and peripheral blood flow and hemodynamic performance, and according to their richness is divided into five levels: 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ level. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer was 60 cases with two-dimensional ultrasound, 67 cases with color Doppler and 71 cases with two-dimensional plus color Doppler. Conclusion: The two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer should be based on two-dimensional sonography, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
