异步轧制是一种板带冷轧新工艺,其突出优点是可以大幅度降低轧制压力,提高板带尺寸精度。在实验室四辊轧机上进行了异步轧制实验研究。实验结果表明:异步轧制可以消除摩擦力对金属变形的阻碍作用,从而显著降低轧制压力;异步轧制的最优工艺条件是轧辊速度比n等于延伸率λ,而且慢速辊上的前滑值S_慢=λ-1;后一条件必须有足够大的前张力才能实现。异步轧制中出现的打滑震动现象可以用加大前张力来消除。
