针对菊花含水率高,且花头、花瓣含水不均的生理特性,采取优化组合的微波—气流式干燥技术,对菊花的干燥方式、方法、工艺、效果等进行了探索性研究,在达到干燥菊花目的的前提下,使菊花色、香、形、味不变,提高了菊花的品质。
Aiming at the physiological characteristics of chrysanthemum with high moisture content and uneven wateriness of petals, the optimal combination of microwave-air drying technology was used to explore the drying method, method, process and effect of chrysanthemum.
