以590FR耐火建筑钢为研究对象,研究了回火处理对耐火钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经回火处理后,金相组织中有到大量岛状结构。回火温度低于700℃时,590FR耐火建筑钢晶粒大小变化不大。回火温度高于700℃时,590FR耐火建筑钢晶粒迅速长大,由6μm左右长大到7.23μm。随回火温度的升高,铁素体的面积分数变化不大;M-A相面积分数不断减小。回火处理后590FR耐火建筑钢屈服强度升高,抗拉强度降低。
Taking 590FR refractory construction steel as the research object, the effect of tempering on the microstructure and properties of the refractory steel was studied. The results show that after tempering, there are a large number of islands in the microstructure. When the tempering temperature is lower than 700 ℃, the size of 590FR refractory steel does not change much. When the tempering temperature is higher than 700 ℃, 590FR refractory building steel grains grow rapidly, from about 6μm to 7.23μm. With the increase of tempering temperature, the area fraction of ferrite did not change much; the M-A phase area fraction decreased continuously. After tempering 590FR refractory construction steel yield strength increases, the tensile strength decreases.
