湖南株洲某工程的爆扩桩基础的整个施工期间,正逢“四人帮”的严重干扰破坏,施工管理不严,打桩施工记录尚不能完全反映施工实际情况,工程质量有问题而又无法找出承载力有疑问的爆扩桩,故必须进行逐根检查。对一百多根爆扩桩要用静荷载试验进行逐根检查,是不现实的,也是不可能的,于是工程指挥部研究决定采用四川省建筑

It is unrealistic and impractical to examine each of the more than one hundred explosion-expanded piles by static load tests, and the Engineering Command decided to adopt Sichuan Provincial Construction.
