毋庸置疑,包括昆曲和共他民间戏剧在内的“口头与非物质文化遗产”的保护热潮正在兴起,这样的机遇,对于我国传统民族民间文化而言,可谓百年一遇,而在这场注定充满困难的运动中,既是推动者又是管理者的政府文化部门扮演的角色显得尤为重要,它们的理念和行为会直接影响非物质文化遗产保护工作的成效与价值。“映山红”民间戏剧节和苏州昆曲艺术节是有关政府部门出于推动民间戏剧和昆曲艺术传承与发展而组织的活动,但自1993年始便进行民间剧团调查研究的戏剧专家傅谨先生提醒我们,如果政府文化部门用国营剧团的“经验”去收编和改造民司剧团,将会使得原本符合艺术和市场规律的民众自己的戏剧活动演变成为一场戏剧政治秀。刘红庆先生关于苏州昆曲艺术节的文章也提醒我们,“文化政绩工程”的危险正在误导昆曲这样的非物质文化遗产的传承和发展的方向。事实上,两个戏剧节共同面临的问题,也是我国非物质文化遗产保护工作普遍面临的问题。进一步讲,警钟己经响起,政府有关部门如何在具体的工作中转变思路转变职能,将直接影响我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的成效,也将直接影响我们是否对得起历史、对得起子孙。

Mr. Liu Hongqing’s article on Suzhou Kunqu Opera Festival also reminds us that the danger of “Cultural Performance Project” is misleading the direction of the inheritance and development of such non-material cultural heritage as Kunqu Opera. In fact, the two theater festivals are faced with common problems that are also facing the protection of intangible cultural heritage in our country. Further, the alarm has sounded. How the relevant government departments can change their thinking-changing functions in their concrete work will directly affect the effectiveness of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage in our country and will directly affect whether we can afford history and win prizes.
