目的探讨采用肠内营养对胃癌患者进行营养支持治疗的疗效。方法胃癌术后的患者分别给予肠内营养(28例)、肠外营养(25例),对照组(19例)营养支持,平均年龄(54.23±13.12)岁,按体重每天供给热能125kJ/kg和蛋白质1.25g/kg,通过治疗前后对照各组情况进行观察。结果经治疗,EN组肠道功能恢复的时间短于对照组和PN组(P均<0.05)。对照组、PN组术后7d体重均较术前降低(P均<0.05)。治疗后,EN组TSF与对照组、PN组比较有统计学差异;EN组Hb、TP、A明显高于对照组;对照组、PN组总胆汁酸明显高于EN组(P均<0.05)。结论肠内营养制剂能全力对肿瘤患者有明显的营养支持治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on patients with gastric cancer undergoing nutritional support. Methods The patients with postoperative gastric cancer were enrolled in enteral nutrition (n = 28), parenteral nutrition (n = 25), and control group (n = 19). The average age was 54.23 ± 13.12. And protein 1.25g / kg, before and after treatment through the control group to observe the situation. Results After treatment, the recovery time of intestinal function in EN group was shorter than that in control group and PN group (all P <0.05). The weight of the control group and the PN group decreased on the 7th day after operation (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TSF in EN group were significantly different from those in control group and PN group. The levels of Hb, TP and A in EN group were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of total bile acid in control group and PN group were significantly higher than those in EN group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Enteral nutrition preparations can fully support the cancer patients with significant nutritional support and treatment.
