11月20日,省水利厅党组召开扩大会议集体学习十八届三中全会决定。会议由厅党组书记、厅长陆兵主持,会议传达了“中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定”全文和习近平总书记关于《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》的说明。陆兵强调,全厅各级党组织要把学习宣传贯彻十八届三中全会精神作为当前的首要政治任务,精心组织,迅速掀起学习宣传贯彻全会精神的热潮。省水利厅各处室、厅直各单位主要负责人参加会议。
November 20, the Provincial Department of Water Conservancy Party held an enlarged meeting of collective learning of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th decision. The meeting was presided over by Lu Bing, secretary of the party’s leading group and director of the meeting. The meeting conveyed the full text of “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Certain Major Issues concerning Overall Deepening Reform” and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Remarks on “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” . Lu Bing emphasized that party organizations at all levels of the entire hall should take the study of propaganda and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee as their current primary political task and carefully organize and promptly launch a wave of learning, propaganda and implementation of the spirit of the plenary session.
