This paper puts forward the discussion on the land resources and agricultural division in Quzhou City, especially on the characteristics of hilly red soil resources and the historical experience, current situation and countermeasures of agricultural development, etc. It is pointed out that the development history and experience of red soil in this city are some typical Sex.
