已经过去的1994年,辽宁经济在改革、发展、稳定的主旋律下,主要经济指标均跃上了新的台阶,有些指标又创下了新的历史纪录;展望1995乃至本世纪的最后几年,在国际和平与发展和中国改革与发展的主题下,我省经济发展充满了机遇、挑战与希望;在飞速发展变化的国内外形势面前,我省高层决策者清醒地做出了“第二次思想解放”,工业“两高一深”,农业“两高一优”,全面实施外向牵动的战略,从而达到富民强省的宏伟目标。如果真正动员全省各方面力量,上下一心,按照总体战略,持之以恒地致力于解决技术与体制上两大难题,辽宁经济重振雄风的目标预期可待。一回首改革开放的15年,我省经济和社会事业突飞猛进,经济实力显著增强。
In the past 1994, under the theme of reform, development and stability, the main economic indicators of Liaoning Province have all reached a new level. Some indicators set a new historical record. Looking forward to 1995 and even the last few years of this century, Under the theme of international peace and development and China’s reform and development, the economic development in our province is full of opportunities, challenges and hopes. In the face of rapid development and changes in the domestic and international situations, the senior policy makers in our province have soberly made the “second thought Liberation ”,“ two highs and one advanced ”in industry, and“ two highs and one good ”in agriculture, and fully implement the strategy of extroversion so as to achieve the grand goal of enriching the people and strengthening the province. If we really mobilize all aspects of the province’s forces and concentrate on the two strategies of resolving technical and institutional problems in accordance with the overall strategy, we can expect Liaoning’s economy to regain its glory. Looking back on the first 15 years of reform and opening up, the cause of our economy and society has progressed by leaps and bounds and the economic strength has significantly increased.
