Objective To establish a human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293 stably expressing a class I scavenger receptor eukaryotic expression vector. Methods The eukaryotic expression vector pRc / CMV-A type I scavenger receptor was constructed and transfected into HEK293 cells by liposome-mediated transfection.
