一、基本情况为了认真贯徹执行“水文测站规范”,我廰在1956年初,卽号召各级水文测站要(1)认真学习测站规范,(2)制定实施计划,重点掌握指导屬站,(3)制定制度,做好检查指导工作等几项意见。要求水位、流量、降水量、蒸发量等项经常测验工作,新设站的勘测及设站工作,资料整理工作,在1956年内,都要按照规范切实执行。已设站的地形测量工作,在1957年内完成。沙量部分,1956年内按照规范规定,逐步实行,并创造条件,在1957年内全面贯徹。
