本文针对一般熔模精密铸造厂在近无余量的精密铸造生产中对模料型壳的要求 ,对以石蜡为基的高性能模料和硅溶胶 水玻璃复合型壳进行了试验研究。结果表明 :研制的M 6型模料达到性能指标要求 ,滴点为 5 9.2℃ ,线收缩率为 0 .88% ,抗弯强度为 6.10MPa,热稳定性为 1.44mm(3 4℃ ,2h) ,优于工厂常用的石蜡 硬脂酸模料的性能 ;采用硅溶胶 水玻璃复合型壳生产的铸件比工厂常用的单一水玻璃型壳生产的铸件在尺寸精度、表面质量方面都有所提高。
In this paper, aiming at the requirements of the mold shell for the general investment casting factory near the margin of precision casting, this paper studied the paraffin-based high performance mold and the silica sol water glass composite shell. The results showed that the developed M 6 model material meets the performance requirements. The dropping point is 5 9.2 ℃, the linear shrinkage is 0.88%, the flexural strength is 6.10MPa, the thermal stability is 1.44mm (34 ℃, 2h ), Which is better than the paraffin stearic acid commonly used in the factory. The castings made of silica sol water glass composite shell have higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality than those of the single water glass shell commonly used in the factory.
