As a unique drink with both taste buds and visual enjoyment, wine has become an indispensable part of Chinese restaurant culture. Wine culture has also become a worthwhile study. However, in ancient times, wine was not able to board the table of civilians from the very beginning. Originally it was handed down from the west to the east as a tribute to the imperial court. Later, after two eastward upsurges in the Tang Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty, the wine gradually entered the ordinary people. Become a beautiful table on the landscape. This paper introduces the process of wine eastward spread in the Western Regions and focuses on the two climaxes of wine eastward transmission in order to reveal the historical origins of the wine from the tribute culture to Jia Banquet culture.
