作者对63例怀疑为肺结核的患者作了纤维光束支气管镜检查。其中62例作了支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL);60例在支气管镜检查前先作了胃灌洗。然后,将BAL 液和胃灌洗液进行培养。对55例作了痰培养,另8例因无痰而不作培养。
The authors performed a fiber optic bronchoscopy on 63 patients suspected of having tuberculosis. Sixty-two of these patients underwent bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and 60 underwent gastric lavage prior to bronchoscopy. BAL fluid and gastric lavage fluid are then cultured. 55 cases of sputum culture, the other 8 cases without sputum without culture.
