采用现代科学的理论和方法对中成药处方进行全面、客观的分析,并结合临床观察对处方进行反馈检验,对于设计新药、挖掘提高传统中成药、指导生产,都具有重大的理论和实际意义。本文运用模糊数学的方法,对中成药处方提出了一种系统聚类分析法,并对梨贝合剂的处方分析作了初步研究。试图使中成药组方和处方分析在方法学上能逐步趋向定量化、科学化和现代化。
The use of modern scientific theories and methods to conduct a comprehensive and objective analysis of Chinese medicine prescriptions, combined with clinical observation of the prescription for feedback testing, has great theoretical and practical significance for the design of new drugs, excavation and improvement of traditional Chinese medicines, and guide production. This article uses fuzzy mathematics method to propose a systematic cluster analysis method for Chinese patent medicine prescriptions, and makes a preliminary study on the prescription analysis of pear shell mixture. Trying to make the analysis of prescriptions and prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines can gradually lead to quantification, scientificization and modernization in methodology.
