乡镇财政机构和队伍建设作为乡镇财政建设的基础和重要组成部分,直接关系到乡镇财政能否有效履行新农村建设中所承担的职责和职能问题。为稳定乡镇财政队伍,创造拴心留人环境,加强乡镇财政队伍势在必行。但由于地区环境和思想观念等方面存在的差异,如何留得住人,用得好人则是不容忽视的问题,必须采取切实可行的人才管理举措。本文主要分析乡镇财政机构队伍建设现状,就如何留得住人,用得好人与同仁探讨。
As the foundation and important part of township financial construction, township financial institutions and contingent building are directly related to whether township finance can effectively fulfill the duties and functions undertaken in the new rural construction. To stabilize the township financial team, to create a tether to keep the environment, strengthening the township financial team is imperative. However, due to differences in regional environment and ideological concepts, how to retain people and use well people is a problem that can not be neglected, and practical measures for talent management must be taken. This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the construction of township financial institutions, on how to retain people, with good people and colleagues to explore.
