采用2kWCO_2激光器对热作模具钢5CrNiMo 进行了相变硬化处理。透射电镜观察到激光相变硬化区主要由细板条马氏体和残余奥氏体组成;次表层显微硬度为710~780HV,比常规处理者(630HV)有明显提高;在400~550℃温度区间激光相变硬化层表现出良好的热稳定性及耐磨性(比常规处理者提高2倍);经热疲劳试验后,和常规处理者相比,激光硬化区热裂纹数量少、深度浅,表现出较高的抗热疲劳性能。
The 2kWCO_2 laser was used to heat harden steel 5CrNiMo phase transformation hardening. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the laser transformation hardening zone mainly consisted of fine lath martensite and retained austenite. The subsurface microhardness was 710 ~ 780HV, which was obviously higher than that of the conventional treatment (630HV) The laser phase-change hardened layer shows good thermal stability and wear resistance in the temperature range (twice higher than the conventional ones). After thermal fatigue test, compared with the conventional ones, the laser hardening zone has fewer hot cracks, Light, showing higher thermal fatigue resistance.
