目前我国非公有制部门的劳资关系,总体上来说是和谐稳定的,但局部的矛盾仍然比较突出,有的地方劳资关系还比较紧张,协调劳资关系的任务还相当艰巨。因此,迫切需要作为社会公共权力和公共利益代表的政府,在加强和改善劳资关系协调工作,促进劳动关系和谐运行,进而促进社会和谐发展中发挥更大的作用。所以,探讨政府在协调劳资关系中的作用,不仅具有理论意义,而且更有实践意义。
At present, the non-public sector labor-capital relations in our country are generally harmonious and stable, but the local conflicts are still quite prominent. In some places, the relations between labor and capital are still relatively tight and the task of coordinating the relations between the employers and employees is still rather arduous. Therefore, it is imperative for the government, as the representative of public power and the public interest, to play a greater role in strengthening and improving the coordination of labor relations, promoting the harmonious operation of labor relations and promoting the harmonious development of society. Therefore, exploring the government's role in coordinating the relations between employers and employees is not only of theoretical but also practical significance.
