我院在1990年应用甲硝唑液漫纱布外敷,治疗烧伤创面,发现该药有影响皮肤生长的副作用.现将观察结果报告如下.1 资料与方法用双盲法分两组:应用组15例,对照组12例.应用组男11例,女4例,平均年龄18岁,烧伤面积平均为20%,分别为浅Ⅱ°至深Ⅱ°.对照组男性8例,女性4例,平均年龄26岁,烧伤面积为22%浅Ⅱ°至深Ⅱ°.上述病例均于伤后1至6小时入院.入院
In our hospital in 1990 the application of metronidazole liquid gauze topical treatment of burn wounds and found that the drug has an adverse effect on skin growth side effects are now reported as follows.1 Materials and Methods Double-blind method divided into two groups: application group 15 In the control group, there were 12 males and 11 females with 4 females, the average age was 18 years and the burn area was 20% on average, respectively, ranging from shallow Ⅱ ° to deep Ⅱ ° .The control group of 8 males and 4 females, mean Aged 26 years old, and burned area was 22% shallow Ⅱ ° to deep Ⅱ ° .The above cases were admitted to hospital from 1 to 6 hours after injury
