目的 :观察氨茶碱、环磷酸腺苷葡甲胺对兔跨膈压及膈肌电活动的影响 ,以为提高膈肌疲劳的治疗效果提供实验依据。方法 :刺激双侧膈神经 40min复制膈肌疲劳 (DiF)动物模型 ,动物随机分三组 (n =6 ) :氨茶碱组 ( 10mg/kg)、MCA组 ( 10mg/kg) ,合用组 (氨茶碱 10mg/kg +葡甲胺cAMP( 10mg/kg)。于DiF前、DiF及给药后 30、6 0min记录跨膈压 (Pdi) ;记录膈肌肌电图 (EMGdi)并输入计算机作快速富利叶分析 (FFT) ,算出高、低频比值 (H/L)及中心频率 (Fc) ,用时记录膈肌诱发电位 (DEP) ,打印出幅度和潜伏期。数据经方差分析 ,q检验。结果 :单用氨茶碱 ,葡甲胺cAMP能提高Pdi、H/L及DEP幅度 (与DiF比 ,P <0 .0 5 )。两药合用药后 6 0min能提高Pdi、Fc且缩短DEP的潜伏期 (合用组与氨茶碱组比 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :氨茶碱、葡甲胺cAMP有抗DiF作用 ,两药合用效果更佳
Objective: To observe the effects of aminophylline and cyclic adenosine monophosphate megacrine on trans diaphragm pressure and diaphragmatic electrical activity in rabbits, in order to provide experimental basis for improving the therapeutic effect of diaphragmatic muscle fatigue. Methods: Diaphragmatic muscle fatigue (DiF) animal model was induced by bilateral phrenic nerve for 40min. The animals were randomly divided into three groups (n = 6): aminophylline group (10mg / kg), MCA group Theophylline 10 mg / kg + meglumine cAMP (10 mg / kg) .Transmitting diaphragmatic pressure (Pdi) was recorded before DiF and at 30, 60 min after administration of DiF and the electromyogram EMGdi (FFT) was used to calculate the high and low frequency ratio (H / L) and the center frequency (Fc), and the diaphragmatic evoked potential (DEP) was recorded and the amplitude and latency were printed out.Analysis of variance and q- Single aminophylline, meglumine cAMP can increase the amplitude of Pdi, H / L and DEP (compared with DiF, P <0.05) .60min after the two drugs can increase Pdi, Fc and shorten the incubation period of DEP (Combined group and aminophylline group, P <0 05) .Conclusion: aminophylline, meglumine cAMP anti-DiF effect, the two drugs combined effect is better
