本文用20具成尸脊柱的腰骶段,解剖观察了腰骶段的后纵韧带与椎体、椎间盘的关系.后纵韧带在椎体后面成束状、宽2～3毫米,厚0.1～0.2毫米,与椎体后面不直接附着,留有1毫米左右的间隙,有供应椎体的血管通过,后纵韧带在椎间盘处呈翼状、中份较厚、两侧较薄、中份厚0.2毫米、两侧0.1毫米左右,最宽处12～15毫米,上缘斜向外下,下缘较平,其上部斜行边缘清晰可见,它与相应椎间盘上缘、侧缘之间留有一近似三角形的区域,称为后纵韧带椎间盘三角.在手术显微镜下,可见椎间盘纤维软骨环前部约20～25层,而后部仅有7～10层之间,后纵韧带的纤维除与椎间盘附着紧密外,又与椎间盘纤维环外围的3～5层纤维相移行.
