在人类社会已进入信息时代的今天,信息技术越来越深刻地影响着社会的发展。信息技术在企业管理中的作用日益显著,扮演着日益重要的角色。也就是说,在激烈的市场竞争中,谁拥有信息,谁就拥有竞争力和主动权,谁就可以在市场竞争中立于不败之地。一个企业必须真正树立信息即资源、信息即财富的理念,把信息工作摆在重要位置上,把信息工作纳入到日常管理议程。针对企业的现状,研究了信息的重要性,提出了如何做好信息工作的具体实施方法,提高了企业的核心竞争力。
