智能变电站二次系统集成测试实验室依托国网湖南省电力公司电力科学研究院,建设于2014年。实验室的建设紧紧围绕智能电网发展战略,以智能变电站二次设备为主要对象,可开展智能变电站二次系统集成测试,二次设备入网检测及科学研究和培训等工作。智能变电站二次系统集成测试实验室占地面积约160m~2,由数模仿真区、系统集成测试屏柜区、仪器设备室、资料室等组成。实验室以RTDS和DDRTS双数模仿真系统为核心,配置有数字式继电保护测试仪、SPirent网络性能测试
