[目的]观察蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗配合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将128例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组60例硝酸咪康唑1枚/次,1次/d,阴道用药;治疗组68例蛇床子汤洗剂(蛇床子、苦参、百部、黄柏、白鲜皮、明矾、荆芥、川椒),250mL/次,1次/d,外阴阴道冲洗;硝酸咪康唑栓治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道分泌物、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效50例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率95.59%。对照组显效25例,有效24例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Cnidium subdural vulva vaginal washing combined with miconazole nitrate suppository on the treatment of damp-heat type fungal vaginitis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 128 outpatients were divided into two groups according to the order of visiting doctor. The control group of 60 cases of miconazole nitrate 1 / time, 1 / d, vaginal medication; 68 cases of Cnidium decoction lotion (Cnidium, Sophora, a hundred, Treats, fresh white bark, alum, Nepeta , Chuanjiao), 250mL / time, 1 time / d, vulva vaginal wash; miconazole nitrate suppository treatment with the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, vaginal discharge, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group markedly effective in 50 cases, effective in 15 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate was 95.59%. The control group, markedly effective in 25 cases, effective in 24 cases, ineffective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 81.67%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Cnidium soup vulva vaginal washing combined with miconazole nitrate suppository is effective in treating damp - heat type fungal vaginitis, which is worth to be popularized.
