目的:查找导致细菌内毒素检查法中阳性对照管结果呈阴性的原因,提高细菌内毒素检查试验方法的成功率。方法:通过选用两种不同的量器进行比较实验,以筛选出适宜的量器。结果:选用定量可调式移液器,实验成功率明显高于兰芯微量注射器。结论:用可调式移液器作为细菌内毒素检查的量器较佳。能保证检验结果的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the reasons why the results of negative results of positive bacteria in bacterial endotoxins test were negative and to improve the success rate of bacterial endotoxin test. Methods: By using two different kinds of measuring instruments for comparison experiments, the suitable measuring instrument was screened out. Results: Using quantitative adjustable pipette, the experimental success rate was significantly higher than the blue core micro-syringe. Conclusion: The adjustable pipette is better for bacterial endotoxin testing. Can guarantee the accuracy of test results.
