为了得到可用于造纸工业的方解石精矿,采用阴离子、阳离子以及阳离子后续阴离子浮选方法对Gasgrgvan石灰石进行了提纯研究。结果表明,首先用阳离子浮选除掉硅质尾矿,然后用阴离子浮选分高碳酸盐矿物就可得到上述精矿。在阳离子和阴离子浮选中,十八烷基胺醋酸盐(F1-otigamSA)和改性脂肪酸(OMC3577)两种辅收剂效果较好,最终得到了含方解石99.25%、回收率80%左右的精矿产品。希望通过以下工艺条件,尤其是各段阳离子和阴离子浮选中药剂用量和调浆时间等交量的研究进一步改进这一浮选结果。
In order to obtain a calcite concentrate that can be used in the paper industry, Gasgrgvan limestone was purified using anionic, cationic, and cationic follow-up anionic flotation methods. The results show that the first step is to remove the siliceous tailings by cationic flotation, and then use the anion flotation to classify the carbonate minerals to obtain the concentrate. In the cation and anion flotation, octadecylamine acetate (F1-otigamSA) and modified fatty acids (OMC3577) two kinds of auxiliary effect is better, and finally got 99.25% with calcite, the recovery rate of 80 % Of the concentrate products. It is hoped that the flotation results will be further improved by the following process conditions, especially the research on the amount of chemical and cation exchange in cation and anion flotation in each stage.
