目的掌握贺州市食物中毒的规律、特点,为防制提供科学依据。方法对贺州市1982~2008年食物中毒数据进行整理统计分析。结果27年来发生食物中毒111次,发病1 980人,死亡27人,年平均发病率3.5/10万,病死率1.36%。有毒动植物类引发的中毒起数最多,中毒食品以毒蘑菇为主,家庭为高发场所,中毒人数以集体食堂为多。结论加强执法监管,建立食源性疾病综合防制及监测体系,确保广大人民群众食品安全。
Objective To master the laws and characteristics of food poisoning in Hezhou and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods The data of food poisoning in Hezhou from 1982 to 2008 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Food poisoning occurred in 111 times in 27 years, with 1 980 cases and 27 deaths, with an average annual incidence of 3.5 / 100,000 and a case fatality rate of 1.36%. Toxic animals and plants caused the highest number of poisoning, toxic food to poisonous mushrooms, the family as a high incidence of places, poisoning to the collective canteen as much. Conclusion Strengthen law enforcement supervision, establish a comprehensive prevention and control system for foodborne diseases and ensure monitoring of food safety for the broad masses of the people.
