详细讨论了磷钨杂多酸催化氧化正己醇生成正己醛反应中 ,在不同条件下氧化剂过氧化氢的分解活性及其动力学性质 .结果表明 ,反应温度是影响过氧化氢分解的主要因素 ,温度低于 70℃ ,分解反应进行平缓 ;温度一旦达到或超过 80℃ ,则过氧化氢的分解速率迅速加快 ,2 h的分解率达 95 .2 % .有机溶剂及反应底物的加入 ,均对过氧化氢的分解产生抑制作用 ;反应中加入催化剂和相转移剂 ,则加快了过氧化氢的分解 ,降低了反应的活化能 .过氧化氢的分解反应始终保持其一级动力学性质 .
The decomposition activity and the kinetic properties of oxidant hydrogen peroxide under different conditions in the reaction of n-hexanol with n-hexanol catalyzed by phosphotungstic heteropoly acid were discussed in detail.The results showed that the reaction temperature was the main factor affecting the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, When the temperature is lower than 70 ℃, the decomposition reaction is gentle. When the temperature reaches or exceeds 80 ℃, the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide rapidly increases and the decomposition rate reaches 95.2% in 2 h. Both organic solvent and reaction substrate Which can inhibit the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.When the catalyst and phase transfer agent are added into the reaction, the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is accelerated and the activation energy of the reaction is decreased. The first-order kinetic property of hydrogen peroxide decomposition is always maintained.
