本文以戊基异硫氰酸酯和对肼基苯磺酸为原料,合成了未见报道的化合物N-戊基-N′-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲.经元素分析、红外和核磁共振等测试,确定了其结构.试验结果表明:在不同介质条件下,它同数10种离子的反应情况,它只与Cu2+、Ag+、Ni2+、Hg2+2等少数阳离子具有特征反应,其他均无明显现象发生.由于Cu2+和Ag+的反应现象最明显,通过寻找适宜的反应条件,确定了Cu2+和Ag+的鉴定方法.其中Cu2+的灵敏度为(m=0.013μg,c=0.43μg/ml);Ag+的灵敏度为(m=0.158μg,c=5.26μg/ml).
In this paper, N-pentyl-N ’- (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea has been synthesized using pentylisothiocyanate and p-hydrazinobenzenesulfonic acid as raw materials. After elemental analysis, infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance tests to determine its structure. The experimental results show that under different media conditions, it has the same reaction with several kinds of ions. It only has some characteristic reactions with a few cations such as Cu2 +, Ag +, Ni2 + and Hg2 +2. Due to the most obvious reaction between Cu2 + and Ag +, the identification methods of Cu2 + and Ag + were determined by finding suitable reaction conditions. The sensitivity of Cu 2+ was (m = 0.013μg, c = 0.43μg / ml). The sensitivity of Ag + was (m = 0.158μg, c = 5.26μg / ml).
