高职艺术设计教育培养的是艺术专业技能型人才,艺术设计专业的特征要求学生具有一定的技术性、实用性、职业性,这就决定了高职艺术设计专业教师应该是具有多重专业技术技能、理论与实践并重的综合型教师。因此,建立有效的高职艺术设计专业教师培养模式,将高职艺术设计专业师资队伍建设推向科学化和常态化,在艺术设计专业领域有一批高技能的师资队伍,才能符合我国高职艺术设计专业教育长期发展的需求。
