少先队理论研究是少先队基础建设的重要内容,是少先队工作的重要组成部分。2001年10月16日,在广西边陲重镇东兴市,中国少年先锋队工作学会第三次会员代表大会隆重召开。这是自1979年学会成立以来规模最为盛大的一次会议,会议制定并通过的各种决定,为推动“十五”少先队理论研究工作的新发展奠定了坚实的基础。为了帮助各级少先队工作者及时了解这次会议的有关精神,掌握新世纪少先队理论研究的动态,现将有关内容介绍如下:
Young Pioneers theoretical research is an important part of Young Pioneers ’infrastructure and an important part of Young Pioneers’ work. On October 16, 2001, in Dongxing, a border town in Guangxi, China, the Third Plenary Meeting of the Chinese Young Pioneers Working Association was held ceremoniously. This is the most grand meeting since 1979, and various decisions made and passed at the conference have laid a solid foundation for the new development of the theoretical research work of the “Tenth Five-year” Young Pioneers. In order to help young pioneering workers at all levels keep abreast of the spirit of the meeting and master the dynamics of theoretical research on young pioneers in the new century, the relevant contents are as follows:
