日前,国务院机关事务管理局向中央国家机关各部门、各单位、高法院、高检院、各人民团体,印发关于《中央行政事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》的通知(国管资[2009]167号)。《通知》指出,为贯彻落实《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于党政机关厉行节约若干问题的通知》(中办发[2009]11号)要求,规范中央行政事业单位国有资产管理,保障机关运转,降低行政成本,建设节约型机关,根据有关法律、法规,我局制定了《中央行政事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》,现印发你们,请按照执行。在执行过程中遇到有关情况和问题,请及时反馈我局。本刊刊登《中央行政事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》全文。
Recently, the State Council Administrative Office of State Affairs issued a circular on the Interim Measures for the Administration of State-owned Assets of Central Administrative Institutions to all departments and units of the Central Government, all units, the High Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and the people’s organizations (Guotai [2009] 167). The Circular states that in order to implement the requirements of the General Office of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee General Office on Several Issues Concerning the Strict Implementation of Savings by Party and Government Organizations (Zhongbanfa [2009] No. 11), the circular states that the Central Government shall regulate the management of State-owned Assets of Administrative Institutions In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, our bureau has formulated the Interim Measures for the Administration of State-owned Assets of Central Administrative Institutions, which are hereby issued to you and are hereby approved for implementation.
