[目的]观察活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将95例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组47例依达拉奉,30mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组48例活血化浊汤,水煎400mL,1剂/d,早晚分服;依达拉奉治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、日常生活能力评定(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(1个月)。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈19例,显效16例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率89.59%;对照组临床痊愈15例,显效13例,有效6例,无效13例,总有效率72.34%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分、ADL评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxuehuazhu decoction combined with edaravone on cerebral infarction. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 95 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the method of lot drawing by disease. Control group, 47 cases of edaravone, 30mg / time, 1 / d, orally. The treatment group, 48 cases of Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction, decoction 400mL, 1 / d, morning and evening hours; edaravone treatment with the control group. [Results] In the treatment group, 19 cases were clinically cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.59%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 6 effective and 13 ineffective. The total effective rate 72.34%; treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). The NIHSS score and ADL score improved in both groups (P <0.01), and the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Huoxuehuazhu decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
