《中国就业》2002年第1期对劳务派遣下了一个定义:指经济实体或中介组织以经营、输送劳务为特征的经济活动。《中国就业》曾以连续、系列报道的形式对劳务派遣就业做过大力推介。下面结合劳务派遣就业发展的实际做一些探讨。一、劳务派遣的性质和运作形式(一)从组织者的情况来看,劳务派遣目前主要有四种: (1)国企或行业分流自办的劳务型企业,重在为原企业减员增效,促进再就业;
