在加强企业管理工作方面,许多人对制度建设十分重视,而对制度执行如何、执行效果去往往是虎头蛇尾。最为凸现的“两张皮”现象在一些企业中或多或少地存在着,可以说是制度建设与制度执行方面的一个症结。
In strengthening the management of enterprises, many people attach great importance to the system construction. However, the implementation of the system is often outdone.
