呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)在老年人中是仅次于流感病毒的主要呼吸道病毒性病原体,疗养院中体弱的老人特别易患RSV感染的并发症。本文旨在评价含纯化的RSV融合(F)蛋白(PFP-2)的疫苗对老年疗养者的安全性和免疫原性。
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the major respiratory viral pathogen second only to influenza virus in the elderly, and the frail elderly in the nursing home is particularly susceptible to the complications of RSV infection. This article aims to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of vaccines containing purified RSV fusion (F) protein (PFP-2) in elderly convalescents.
