经常听到有的厂反映下暴雨时厂区积水,有的甚至淹进车间,对生产造成损失,给生活带来不便。厂区积水的原因很多,有设计方面的,也有施工和管理方面的,叙述如下。一、设雨水泵站的问题在江浙一带,由于地势较平坦,河道纵横,有的厂就设在地势较低的地段或地区,但在设计中考虑到投资等原因,却往往采用暗沟排水。这遇到下暴雨、周围河滨水位较高、沟道有所淤塞时,排水就非常困难。当暴雨大、河滨水位甚至比厂内地面还高时,不但排不出去,反而倒灌进来。对这类厂的雨水排水,只有专设雨水泵站才能解决。如杭州某厂在建厂时未设雨水泵站因而积水严重,扩建时补设了于是问题也就解决了。二、排出口的水位标高问题雨水排出口的管底标高应设在江河的什么水位,虽然规范上没有规定,但一般都照常水位设
It is often heard that some plants reflect the accumulation of water in the plant area during heavy rain, and some even flooded into the workshop, causing losses to production and inconveniencing life. There are many reasons for water accumulation in the plant, including design, construction, and management, as described below. First, the problem of setting up a rainwater pumping station is in the area of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Because the terrain is relatively flat and the river channels are vertical and horizontal, some plants are located in low-lying areas or areas. However, in consideration of investment and other reasons in design, they often use underdrain drainage. When this encounters heavy rain, high water levels around the river, and congestion in the channel, drainage is very difficult. When the storm is heavy and the water level of the river is even higher than the ground in the factory, not only does it fail to go out, but instead it pours in. Rainwater drainage for such plants can only be solved by a dedicated rainwater pump station. If a certain factory in Hangzhou did not set up a rainwater pumping station when it was building a plant, the accumulated water was serious, and when the expansion was completed, the problem was solved. II. Elevation of water level in discharge outlets The elevation of the bottom of the rainwater discharge outlet should be set at what level of the river. Although there is no provision in the code, the water level is normally set as usual.
